He graduated from Istanbul University, Department of Industrial Engineering. In 2009, he got executive MBA degree from Koç University Faculty of Business Administration.
He worked as an Information System Officer, Software Developer, Analyst, Database Administrator, Software Architect, SAP Module Responsible, SAP Project Manager, Business Intelligence Services and Software Development Manager at Aygaz Co Koc Group Energy Company between 1998-2012. Later on to a business life TTNET Co. And Türk Telekom Co. Between 2012-2016, he was made by Technology Development Manager in Technology Area, Manager of Order Management and Middle Layer Applications and Group Manager of CRM Applications Development.
Since 2016 he has been performing in Information Technology and SAP ERP consulting and training activities within the FiCoSoft.
Serdal Dede has developed most of software projects on SAP FI, BI, .Net, C #, MVC, VB, Java and Mobile Device softwares, PL / SQL, Oracle and MS SSIS databases. He also work as Technology Project Manager. Especially for CRM and ERP Sales, Distribution, Finance applications, Billing, Inventory, Accounting and Reporting applications, it is responsible for Analysis, Design and Development in Turkey's enterprise companies.
